Of course, I cannot begin until after this weekend's Octoberfest since I will undoubtedly be intoxicated and therefore will require nicotine....
This whole "no smoking" thing should be interesting. I'll be one cranky Haligonian. It should make for some interesting entries.

Halifax is really a crazy city. Especially when a full moon is drawing near. It seems to make people start talking to themselves. For instance, I was at the bus stop 2 weeks ago and there was a girl there talking to herself. She must have cracked a joke because she was laughing her mental head off. Don't you ever wish you could go up to someone and ask who they're talking to? Then when I got on the bus there was a stick thin 20something who left his bookbag and the front of the bus and just wandered up and down the aisle looking out the windows while talking to himself. Once I was actually off the bus and walking to work, I had a homeless man walk up to me and ask for help. I didn't quite hear him and said "Pardon me?". He simply said, "Nevermind. You're probably a whore anyway." The same man was talking to propane tanks the previous week. And what is with all the bums outside Tim Horton's?

So, I now have an obsession with finding one of those capsules that you put in water and they grow into an animal figure.
